We prefer agreements you can actually read. This page is published as a draft so the shape is visible; it takes effect only once it has been reviewed and signed off.
Builds are governed by their own agreement.
Every build engagement runs on a written scope and agreement that lives in that client’s own client login. Where anything on this page and that agreement differ, the agreement you signed wins, always.
Membership terms.
When The Room opens, its terms will be stated here in full: what membership includes, how billing works, how pausing works, and how you leave. The plain-English promise stands ahead of the legal text: you can pause instead of cancelling, your rate is held while you’re away, and leaving for good takes one click from your account, or one email.

The words on this site are checked against what is actually true, and we correct anything that stops being true. If you spot something that reads wrong, tell us at hello@thethresholdcollective.co.uk and a person will look at it.
The final version.
The reviewed terms will state the governing law, the contracting entity’s registered details, and the liability positions in full. Until then, this draft is an outline, not a contract.
