How we handle your data.
This page will describe, in plain English, exactly what personal data this site and platform hold and why. It is published as a draft so you can see the shape of it; it becomes policy only once it has been reviewed and signed off.
What we collect, and why.
When you write to us, we hold your email and what you wrote, so we can reply. When you sign in to the platform, we use your email to send a one-time sign-in link. There are no passwords here, so there is no password of yours for us to lose. When you become a client or a member, we hold the records that the relationship requires: agreements, invoices, and the written record of the work. When you ask for a guide, we hold the email address you give us, send the guide to it, and may write to it when we publish something new; every such email carries a one-click stop that removes the address at once.
What we don't do.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t run advertising trackers. Any analytics on this site run only with your consent, and saying no changes nothing about how the site works for you.
Your rights.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@thethresholdcollective.co.uk. A person reads that inbox and a person will answer you.
The final version.
The reviewed policy will name the data controller, the lawful bases we rely on, retention periods, and the processors we use, each of them stated specifically rather than in boilerplate. Until then, this draft is the honest outline of how things stand.
